crash course
Two hours to help you (and your partner) prepare for labor.
During this time we will discuss your needs and preferences to create a birth plan. Then we will move on to hands-on practice with comfort measures such as counter-pressure, positioning circuits, and birthing positions.
* Rebozo can be purchased for an additional $50.00 and will be incorporated into the hands-on practice portion of this experience.

Postpartum care
Get a personalized care for you and your household after baby arrives.
The Postpartum Package
- Availability by phone to recommend resources, specialists, and answer general questions up to 2 months.
- 20 hours of postpartum care to be spent as you see fit. Including help with light household chores, grocery shopping, newborn care, belly wrapping, baby wearing, meal preparation, and general sanity.
$600.00 + tax
bulk hours
- Any amount of hours you would like to purchase for postpartum care visits.
$35/hr up to 5 hours.
$30/hr 6+ hours.

Feeding Support
Feeding support in the comfort of your own home.
If your baby’s latch is not pain and leak free (on a bottle or breast) you may benefit from this service.
If you are new to breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and/or would like some feeding-related education, you may benefit from this service.
If you are experiencing sore lumps in your breasts/clogs, “hot spots”, frequent engorgement, or low supply you may benefit from this service.
This is a one time service which provides up to two hours of support and education tailored to your unique situation.
